Our Classes

Private Pilates Instruction

Book a one-on-one session with one of our certified instructors, who teach on all Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, chair, and ladder barrel.

Pilates group Mat classes

This is an all-levels Pilates class performed on the mat. Clients will be taken through a series of Pilates mat exercises that explore various body positions, planes of motion and joint movements. The class may use Pilates props (ie, Foam Roller, Pilates Circle, TheraBands, etc.) for some exercises at the instructor’s discretion. Max capacity is 18 participants. (55 min)

Barre group fitness

This ballet-inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility, and posture. It is designed to give you a strong core, toned legs, sculpted arms, and a toned, lifted butt, as you work through targeted muscle movements. This full-body workout helps to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility, stability, and balance. Grip socks are required. (55 min)

Small Group Classes

Experience the Pilates Reformer, Tower and Chair in a small group setting. These classes will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stability. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Space is limited to 3-6 students per class, enabling our instructor to correct and modify for all ages and fitness levels.
